EPC310-CSP8-001 Overview

The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 8-XFBGA, CSPBGA packages in order to protect them from damage. Photodiodes can only withstand 20V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely.
