DS1221SN Overview


It is packaged with the materials of Tube. For the purpose of saving board space, it is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). This is a high quality and reliable type of Nonvolatile RAM. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. To ensure the proper operation of the unit, a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V must be supplied.
