DS1210S+ Overview


A package of materials from Tube is included with the product. In order to save board space, it is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). This is a high quality and reliable type of Nonvolatile RAM. 0°C~70°C should be the operating temperature. To ensure the proper operation of the unit, a voltage of 4.75V~5.5V must be supplied. A technique known as Surface Mount is used to mount the device. Using its base part number DS1210, more related electronic parts can be identified. In order to prevent signals from reflecting back from the transmission line's end, 16 terminations are used. There is a supply voltage of 5V for the device.
