DRV5023BIQLPGMQ1 Overview


The magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Box (TB) to prevent damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 Short Body packages. In order to achieve good performance, the magnetic switches should be able to supply 2.7mA Typ as the maximum current. In its maximum state, these switches can output 30mA. There is a maximum current limit of 2.7mA that can be supplied by these switches. Switches are operated by 3 pins.
