DP8421AV-25 Overview


The product is packaged with materials from Tube. A 68-LCC (J-Lead) has been provided to save space on the board. This is a high quality and reliable type of Dynamic RAM (DRAM). The operating temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. To ensure the proper operation of the unit, a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V must be supplied. Surface Mount is the technique used for mounting it. In order to prevent signals from reflecting back from the transmission line's end, 68 terminations are used. 5V is the supply voltage of the device. A 68 pin is configured on the board. Reflow temperature limit NOT SPECIFIED is determined by the component whose tolerance for high temperatures is the lowest. There are no internal components within the uPs/uCs/peripheral IC, so it is integrated with MEMORY CONTROLLER, DRAM.
