CD4027BME4 Overview


SOICis the way it is packaged. There are 2 elements in it. There are 16 terminations, which are the practice of ending a transmission line with a device that matches the characteristic impedance of the line. Power is provided by a 5V supply. This part is included in FF/Latches. The flip flop is designed with 2bits. On the basis of its reliable performance, this D flip flop is well suited for use with TUBE. In order to operate, the chip has 1 output lines. In terms of quiescent current, it consumes 20μA . There is -4.2mA output current at the high level. A 6.8mAvalue is set for low-level output current. Ideally, the operating temperature should be below 125°C. A temperature above -55°Cshould be used for the operation. The system operates with a minimum supply voltage of 3V. It supports a maximum supply voltage of 18V volts. A frequency of 24MHzcan be achieved. The logic IC it adopts is J-K FLIP-FLOP.
