BS520 Overview

To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. The photodiodes are put into Side View packages for safety protection. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 10V in reverse-bias mode. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 10V. A photodiode conducts 3pA current without light input.
