BS100C Overview

The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. Photodiodes are packaged in Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 10V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 10V for the photodiodes. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 60°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -20°C. A photodiode occurs even at 3pA current without light input.
