BQ2202SN Overview


The package contains materials from Tube. For the purpose of saving board space, it is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The type of Nonvolatile SRAM is high quality and highly reliable. Setting the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C is recommended. Normal operation of 4.5V~5.5V requires the supply of voltage. The mounting technique used is Surface Mount. In order to prevent signals from reflecting back from the transmission line's end, 16 terminations are used. Approximately 5V volts are supplied to the device. The reflow temperaure limit of NOT SPECIFIED is determined by the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures. It is POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT that is the type of analog IC in this case. The minimum value of supply voltage should be higher than 4.5V. Providing a voltage as high as 5.5V does not result in any degradation of characteristics or damage to the circuit internals.
