BD9845FV-E2 Overview

It comes in the 14-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. DC control operates at 3.6V~35V volts and has 3.6V~35V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 100kHz~1.5MHz that can be used with this controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Dead Time Control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply.
