BD4846G-TR Overview


Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. As with other Voltage Detector products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. This power management has 5 pins. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than -300mV. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. There is a supply current of 900nA for the power management. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD48, the base power ics number. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.8μA. Located in the well-known BD48xxx series product line, this IC management is a kind of this series.
