AZ7500CMTR-GA Overview


With its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 7V~36V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 1kHz~200kHz position. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable which allows efficient switching control. 16 pins are on switching converter. A 5V voltage of DC regulator was detected in the test statistics. The duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc can be set to 45 % on power-up or power-down to ensure reliability.
