AXUV576C Overview

In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Tray. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 10V. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 10V for the photodiodes. When photodiodes operate, they should not be subjected to temperatures higher than 40°C. For photodiodes, the minimum operating temperature should be -10°C.
