AXUV100G Overview

In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 10V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 10V. A photodiode conducts 2nA current without light input.
