On the board, there is also a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package that saves space.Surface Mount is used for RF transceiver's mounting.There is no doubt that this is a very efficient and reliable TxRx + MCU.Using advanced packaging techniques Tape & Reel (TR), high reliability is ensured.There are 32 pins on the transceiver RF circuit board.The transceiver is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis.This system operates at 2.4GHz frequency.
