It saves RF transceiver IC's board space with the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In order to mount the RF transceiver's mounting, Surface Mount is used.As a result, it appears as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's a high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray.A transceiver RF circuit board with 32 pins is designed.By Surface Mount, transceiver has been mounted.I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this RF transceiver should be at least 1.8V.As a result, RF transceiver operates on the basis of frequency 2.4GHz.
