AS3515D-ECTP Overview

It is supplied in the 64-TFBGA package for the purpose of space saving. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method is used. The high-efficiency performance of this electronic part can be achieved in various applications due to its type of Audio. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type.
