AS3514-BRZ Overview

A 64-TFBGA package is supplied for space savings. As a packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. As a type of Audio, this electronic part is able to deliver high-efficient performance in various applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. Operating performance at -20°C~85°C makes it possible to operate normally. The board is integrated with 1 / 1 ADCs and DACs. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 2.8V~3.6V. There is a supply voltage of 2.8V~3.6V provided to the digital circuit. In terms of electronics, it is a 64-pin device.
