As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 4 in total. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When a supply voltage of 2.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. This power management has 4 pins. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.1V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. You can always use APX811, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
