AH9248Z3TR-G1 Overview


It is protected against damage by being packaged in a Tape & Box (TB). In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 Short Body packages. In order to perform well, magnetic switches can provide a maximum current of 1.5μA. In operation, these switches are capable of outputting 2mA as the maximum current. Magnetic switches should be able to output 2mA of current. Switches of this type can deliver currents up to 1.5μA. 3 pins are used to operate the switches. The current output of the switches should, in general, be 2mA. Magnet switches can be set to operate at 85°C. A magnetic switch must operate at a temperature above -40°C to work. During operation, the magnetic switches may supply a voltage of 5.5V.
