Compared to other Battery Backup Circuit products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. A total of 16 pins are located on this power management. There are 16 pins on the power managment ic.
