ADF4108BCPZ-RL7 Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, TTL, which is designed to be the clock source. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 8GHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
