ADE9153AACPZ Overview


In Tray package. 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. It is also capable of being used as a Single Phase meter. There is an option for Surface Mount. Temperature at -40°C~85°C is extended during operation. Using a 2.97V~3.63V power supply, it operates as it should. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.8V 0.4V. This device displays a voltage of 2.4V 2.5V for high-level I/Os. It includes 32 terminations. This is a powerful analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. A normal voltage will be needed for this part, which is 3.3V. In order to operate this device, it needs a voltage of 2.97V or higher. You should keep the voltage that goes to the device under 3.63V. An assembly of 32 pins is present. Logic gate applications are addressed by this 32 solution.
