In order to save space, it is packaged in the 36-WFBGA, WLCSP package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio. It uses a mounting type of Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, it can operate normally. It is equipped with a total of 4 / 2 ADCs and DACs. The analog circuit receives 1.71V~3.63V as a supply voltage. It is supplied with a voltage of 1.045V~1.98V to power the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the transmission line's terminations by using 36 terminations.
