AD9516-0BCPZ Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. It provides a maximum frequency of 2.95GHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Approximately 3.465V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. Clock PLL works with 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage provided. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
