As part of the 144-LBGA package, it is included. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.5V. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. In order for it to operate, the supply voltage must be 1.425V~1.575V . It is a type of FPGA belonging to the ProASIC3 seies. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~100°C TJ. This FPGA model is contained in Tray for space saving. There are a total of 144 terminations. This device is equipped with 55296 RAM bits in terms of its RAM si55296e. Related parts can be found by using its base part number A3P400. For the program to work properly, the RAM si6.8kBe of this FPGA module must reach 6.8kB GB in order to ensure normal operation. The device is designed with 144 pins in total.
