In Tape & Reel (TR) package. Packet 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad. A Single Phase meter can be used with it as well. The following version of Surface Mount is available. As a result of -40°C~85°C, a higher operational temperature is reached. 3V~3.6V power supply is used to power it. If you are looking for parts similar to this one, search 78M6610.
