TFSOPis the packaging method. D flip flop is embedded in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A total of 2 elements are present. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Basically, it is designed with a set of 48 pins. The clock edge trigger type for this device is Positive Edge. The flip flop is designed with 16bits.
