The TPS61240IDRVRQ1 is a high efficiency, single-inductor, boost converter with an integrated power switch. This automotive grade device operates over an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and can deliver up to 500mA of output current. With a wide input voltage range and a high efficiency up to 94%, the TPS61240IDRVRQ1 is ideal for a wide range of automotive applications including infotainment systems, instrument clusters, and LED lighting. This boost converter includes a power save mode to maintain high efficiency over a wide load current range and a low-ripple, pulse width modulated (PWM) mode for superior transient response. The device also features adjustable output voltage through an external resistor and an integrated soft start to minimize inrush current. With its small form factor and integrated features, the TPS61240IDRVRQ1 offers a compact and efficient solution for automotive power systems.
