TPS61220DCKR

The TPS61220DCKR is a compact, high-efficiency synchronous boost converter designed for single-cell applications. With its small size and low profile package (SC-70), the TPS61220DCKR is the perfect choice for portable devices with limited space requirements. Featuring an input voltage range from 0.3V to 5.5V, the TPS61220DCKR can efficiently boost the voltage to a wide range of output voltages that can be adjusted from 1.8V to 5.5V using an external resistor. This flexibility makes it suitable for a variety of applications such as smartphones, tablets, portable media players, and digital cameras. The TPS61220DCKR utilizes a high-performance current mode control architecture to provide excellent transient response and stable operation across a wide range of load conditions. Its 1.6MHz fixed-frequency PWM control provides a smooth output voltage with minimal output voltage ripple. Designed for low-power applications, the TPS61220DCKR features a quiescent current of only 15µA, making it highly energy-efficient. It also incorporates output over-voltage protection, thermal shutdown, and soft start functionality for additional protection and ease of use.
