We are pleased to introduce the TPS55340RTER, a highly efficient synchronous buck converter from our OEM suppliers. With input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, this converter is capable of delivering output currents up to 3A. The TPS55340RTER features a wide switching frequency range of 200kHz to 2.2MHz, providing design flexibility and enabling the use of small external components. The device also includes a high performance integrated 15mΩ and 10mΩ high-side and low-side MOSFETs to minimize external component count and PCB space, while maximizing efficiency. Additionally, the TPS55340RTER offers a host of protection features, including thermal shutdown, overcurrent protection, undervoltage lockout, and adjustable soft start.
