Introducing the LM76002RNPR, a highly efficient synchronous buck regulator from Texas Instruments. This 6.5V to 60V input, 2A output current, 2.5MHz step-down converter is designed to provide high efficiency, excellent line and load regulation, and an output voltage accuracy of 1%. The device operates in pulse frequency modulation (PFM) at light load and seamlessly transitions to pulse width modulation (PWM) at high load for optimal power efficiency across the entire load range. The LM76002RNPR includes an integrated high-side and low-side MOSFET, reducing layout area and simplifying the overall design.
