LM35DZ

LM35DZ is a precision integrated-circuit temperature sensor that provides an accurate and linearly proportional output voltage in relation to the Celsius temperature. It requires no external calibration or trimming to ensure precise temperature measurements. This versatile temperature sensor operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. With its low self-heating capability and low output impedance, the LM35DZ offers excellent temperature sensing accuracy and stability. The LM35DZ's output voltage is linearly proportional to the temperature, with a scale factor of 10mV/°C.
