ISO7220CDR

The ISO7220CDR is a high-speed digital isolator designed to provide galvanic isolation between the input and output signals. It is particularly suited for applications where there is a need for reliable isolation and high data rates. With a data rate of up to 150 Mbps, the ISO7220CDR offers fast signal transmission without compromising on isolation performance. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. The device features four channels of isolation, allowing for multiple signals to be transmitted simultaneously. It also has a low propagation delay of just 16 ns, ensuring accurate and timely signal transmission. The ISO7220CDR operates with a supply voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V, making it compatible with a wide range of systems. It has a high common-mode transient immunity of 100 kV/μs, providing robust protection against noise and voltage fluctuations. Overall, the ISO7220CDR is a versatile and reliable digital isolator that is suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial automation, motor control, and communication systems.
