In order to package H bridge, Tray is used.In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Based on the supply voltage of 9V~20V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.Mounted on Surface Mount.As long as -40°C~125°C TJ operates at the right temperature, motor driver H bridge will operate normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in DC Motors, General Purpose as well.Bootstrap Circuit is another of full bridges specific characteristics.The maximum amount of current which output reaches 350mA.
