ISL68201IRZ-T7A Overview

With its QFN package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. PWM dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. With this switching controller, you can switch at 1.5MHz. Keep dc regulator at a temperature of -40°C or above. The temperature should not exceed 85°C degrees Celsius. A dc switching in a dormant state uses 14mA. The dc switching comes with 24 pins set.
